Directory - Family Photos Sunday October 5
This fall the Church Council is planning to assemble an updated Photo
Directory. These directories are a great way to become more familiar with the
names and faces of the Valleyview congregation.
Don T has volunteered to take family photos before worship service this Sunday
October 5. He will be available beginning 9:15am in the library area
outside the sanctuary. Please plan to arrive early with your family ready
for a photo.

bounty of your gardens and add to the communion table display.
Feel
free to bring any produce or canning that you are currently enjoying at
home. These may be foods that you plan to share at the potluck or perhaps
give to others after the service if you have an overabundance at home.
Note that flowers must be unscented and non-allergic for those with allergies.

a potluck meal for all. Coffee and water will be provided.

looking for 4 to 6 volunteers to arrive at 9:30am and setup tables
and chairs in the basement. If you can help, please contact Brenda: brendafriesen1963@gmail.com.
What to Bring:
- Food to Share (Peanut
Free, Sesame Free) for potluck lunch
- Your own dishes, cups,
and cutlery
- Please bring a serving
dish and utensil for your potluck contribution. Label your dish with your name and be sure to collect it before
leaving.
Cleanup help after the meal will also be required.
We look forward to our time together over a shared meal.

on some of the often-overlooked women in scripture, reflecting on their
wilderness journeys with their doubts and questions, being reminded that God
does not leave us alone to wander in the wilderness.
