In and Around Valleyview

Congregational Meeting Dec. 1 during Second Hour

In 2021 Valleyview submitted an application for sponsorship of a refugee. We have received notice from the Canadian government that this application has been withdrawn and the file closed.  We have funds in the Refugee Support Fund that were allocated for this sponsorship and we now need to discuss how to proceed.  A congregational meeting is scheduled for Dec.1 during Second Hour to discuss our options.  Further details to follow.
